Cotton Bulls Gaining Ground on Wednesday

Cotton futures are showing 53 to 56 point gains in the nearbys on Wednesday. Crude oil are futures up 82 cents/barrel and the US dollar index $0.164 higher so far on the day. 

The Seam showed 2,569 bales in online sales on Tuesday at an average price of 57.80 cents/lb. The Cotlook A Index was back up 25 points on 3/25 at 77.75 cents/lb. ICE cotton stocks were unchanged on March 25, with the current level of certified stocks at 14,488 bales. USDA’s Adjusted World Price (AWP) was up 87 points last Thursday to 54.63 cents/lb. 

May 25 Cotton  closed at 65.7, up 56 points,

Jul 25 Cotton  closed at 67.3, up 55 points,

Dec 25 Cotton  closed at 69.33, up 53 points
