Cotton Mixed

After trading down by double digits near the open, cotton futures are climbing back. At midday, prices are mixed and within 11 points of UNCH. WTD cotton sales reported by The Seam were 9,862 bales for a wtd ave price of 59.43 cents/lb. ICE certified stocks as of the 13th were 24,232 bales, which is up 396 from the 12th. The Cotlook A index rose another 50 points on 10/14 to 74.50 cents. The AWP for cotton is 51.48 cents/lb, with an 0.52 cent LDP.

Dec 20 Cotton is at 68.97, up 4 points,

Mar 21 Cotton is at 69.72, unch

May 21 Cotton is at 70.3, down 11 points

Jul 21 Cotton is at 70.96, up 4 points
